The Symposium intends to bring together scientists and practitioners to communicate their research results and to exchange information about the biodiversity conservation and the sustainable development in deltas and wetlands.

The symposium is structured in four main sections, covering a large range of research fields: biodiversity, ecological reconstruction, natural resources and socio-economics aspects, Geographical Information System & modeling, data processing.

The participants will have the opportunity to communicate their research results through oral presentations and posters.
