Adaptation futures highlights the need for science-practice partnerships

Results from Adaptation Futures Conference, 29.-31.5.2012

 

 

The participants of the conference identified three key challenges for future adaptation:

  • handling the multidisciplinary nature of adaptation science,
  • facilitating co-learning between academics and practitioners  and
  • enabling the transfer and co-production of knowledge by working with developing and developed adaptation communities.
